Other Information: The cold, calculating mind of the Cult Commander is matched only by its battle-hardened physique. Commanders have sole authority over the 'fighting' ranks of the dark cults. The very lives of lower ranking cultists (basically all but the Harbinger and Priestess) are entirely in their charge.
Other Information:Event NPC Cult Harbingers arrive during the first throes of battle, as a sort of unofficial declaration of war. Chiefly concerned with severing the "head" of whatever factions they may oppose, harbingers will slaughter their way toward whomever may have command.
Other Information:Event NPC The Cult Mage is the primary magic user during skirmishes. Due to their unique level of contact with Cult Pristesses, mages will often consider themselves above the "normal" ranks. They prefer to strike their foes with powerful spells, followed by a quick disappearing act.
Other Information:Event NPC Highest ranking members of the dark cults, (second only to the dark deities themselves) the priestesses communicate with whomever their faction may follow. In charge of sacrifices to the higher powers, Cult Priestesses are also powerful magic users and quite deadly with a blade. Priestesses are forbidden from creating offspring, lest their inhuman spawn wrest control away from them.
Other Information:Event NPC During large-scale battle, many dark cultists will invariably fall. When this happens, random Cult Warriors will spontaniously begin devouring their dead. If left to this grim task, these warriors will bloat beyond human proportions, becoming ultra-powerful Cult Titans.
Other Information: The brute force of the dark cults, Cult Warriors exist for no other purpose than to disembowel enemy ranks. As battles progress, the warriors often descend from uniform, regimented attacks into unpredictable, chaotic brutality. The more blood is shed (on either side) the more vicious they become.
